The rooms are average as per price. The location is very good. Food is not good. Reception is helpful and professional.

Strike day, Road 1 & 2 Dhanmondi area, Dhaka Bangladesh. November 5, 2023. Maximum road are vehicle free!

The rooms are spacious but not very clean. Toilet was not clean as well. The AC did not have a remote control and when asked the management couldn't provide one. Staffs were cordial though.

Poor service, they don't even provide a water bottle in room! Yaa you heard that right. No water. Though it's a minimum service. Price is literally high with this kind of poor service. They need proper orientation - about hotel management (behaviour and service)
