Subject: Complaint Regarding My Experience with the Orthopedic Doctor Dear Authority, I would like to express my disappointment regarding my recent visit to Apollo Imperial Hospital in Chattogram with the orthopedic doctor, Dr. Chandan Kumar Das. After paying the consultation fee, I met the doctor and explained my injury. While I was describing my condition, he immediately started writing the prescription and advised me to get an X-ray. I went to the X-ray department, completed the X-ray, and returned with the films. After looking at the X-ray, he told me that I needed a permanent cast. He then said that the staff who apply permanent casts were not available at the hospital that day and advised me to contact People's Hospital in the evening or visit his chamber. Before leaving, I politely requested, "Doctor, please examine my leg and tell me its current condition." Unfortunately, he ignored my request. Throughout the consultation, he never physically examined my injured leg. He remained seated in his chair while I was trying to explain my pain and concerns, but I felt that I was not being listened to. As a patient, I expected a proper physical examination and compassionate care. Instead, I left feeling ignored and disappointed. My experience gave me the impression that collecting the consultation fee was given more importance than providing attentive patient care. I hope the hospital administration will review this matter seriously so that future patients receive the professional attention, respect, and compassion they deserve.

I visited Apollo Imperial Hospital for the first time with my grandmother for her diabetes test, which was required for her upcoming cataract surgery. I was pleasantly surprised and very happy to know from the registration staff that they offer a 50% discount on all tests for patients coming from the adjacent Eye Hospital. This is a fantastic initiative! The entire testing process was very smooth, well-organized, and completed in a very short time. The staff members were professional, polite, and very helpful throughout. Highly recommended for their efficiency and patient-friendly approach. Best wishes to the team!
