Terrible experience. Service quality is not up to the mark. There is no policy and system at all. They charge almost same as most other renowned private hospitals, but their environment, service and system are almost like the Gvt. Hospitals. The only thing I found good about them was the 'reputed doctors'. Maybe, this is the only reason why people still visit this terribly maintained hospital. I cordially request the top management to look into these matters seriously before the hospital faces drastic legal actions in future due to severe mismanagement.

We have been receiving treatment at this hospital for the past five years. Previously, the service quality was much better. However, over time, this specialized hospital has gradually lost its professionalism, largely due to the attitude and behavior of its staff. Their conduct is increasingly resembling that of a typical government job mindset, with declining accountability and care. People come here and spend their hard-earned money expecting proper service, but unfortunately, that expectation is being overlooked.

I am writing to express my serious concern regarding the lack of communication and support we have received. My mother, who is currently undergoing chemotherapy treatment, is based in Chittagong while I am living abroad. Over the past few days, she has been experiencing concerning symptoms, including diarrhea, fever, and chest pain that worsens after eating. Given her condition, this situation is understandably alarming. Despite repeated attempts over the last three days to contact the doctor and the hospital, via phone and email, we have not received any response. The helpline has also not been reachable. This lack of accessibility during a critical time has caused significant distress for both my mother and our family. I fully understand that healthcare providers may be under pressure, but for patients in vulnerable conditions, timely communication and guidance are essential. I kindly request that you look into this matter urgently and ensure that appropriate support is provided. I sincerely hope this situation can be resolved promptly and does not escalate further. Our priority is simply to ensure my mother receives the care and attention she needs during this difficult time.

I'm done with your system. Your website appointment system should be removed. If I submit a request for an appointment and again I have to call for an appointment, then why do you guys have an online website appointment system? You guys should remove that. I placed an appointment request on Wednesday and Thursday. There was no feedback. Then I called, and there was a long hold. I couldn't talk, and I visited the hospital and saw the doctor wasn't present. Today, I submitted the request, and also there was no confirmation call. When I called to confirm, a guy said there were no serials available today, and he was giving me a serial for tomorrow. How will we manage if tomorrow we have office? The guy on the call was not helpful either. This way, we are waiting to review the report until the 10th of August. Ridiculous service. I'm done. 😡

If it was possible I would given them minus star. They have no policy and do not have any time management system. I am on my 6month of pregnancy and here I am seating for 2 hours where doctor was supposed to come for doing my fetal echo but there is no one. The staff could not also say anything. One time they say 2pm, then it became 2:30 and again 3 pm. Worst service ever.
