This hospital and had a positive overall experience. The hospital is well decorated and maintains a clean, pleasant environment, which makes patients feel comfortable and less stressed. The service quality is good, and the staff are professional and supportive. The treatment standard is better compared to many other hospitals, although the cost is a little on the expensive side. They also have a good enough cafeteria, which is convenient for patients and visitors. The blood bank service was average, but still manageable. Another big advantage is the nice and spacious parking area, which makes visiting much easier. Overall, it’s a reliable hospital with good facilities and quality treatment, though slightly costly.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience at BRB Hospital has been consistently disappointing over the years. Back in 2020 during COVID, my father was admitted to the HDU here. While attempting to place a simple dialysis channel, a doctor cut his vein and the situation was kept hidden from us for nearly 8 hours. It was a terrifying experience for our family and something we never fully forgot. Fast forward to 2026, I unfortunately had to come back when my daughter fell sick with fever, vomiting, and diarrhea. I normally take my family to Square Hospital, but there were no pediatric beds available there or at United Hospital. BRB had many empty rooms, so we admitted her in a deluxe room. The issues started immediately: • Cleanliness: The room curtains look extremely old and seem like they haven’t been cleaned in years. For a hospital charging premium rates, basic hygiene should not look this neglected. • Mosquito problem: The room had many mosquitoes. We had to call multiple times before someone came with an electric bat to kill them. A hospital room should never have this kind of mosquito situation. My daughter got several mosquito bites. I am afraid she will get dengue over current condition • Unnecessary tests: Despite sharing the previous diagnosis from Square Hospital, the doctor insisted on running almost every possible test again. Most of them came back negative. It felt less like medical necessity and more like an attempt to increase billing. • Food system: Outside food is not allowed, which is understandable. However, when I went to the canteen at 8:30 PM (well before their stated closing time of 10 PM), there was no food available at all. • Strange bag policy: Security does not allow you to bring bags into the hospital. You must leave your belongings in a storage area near the garage and transfer items into a small BRB bag. I have never seen such a rule in hospitals like Square or United. • Elevator management: Patient lifts are used by everyone, stopping on every floor like a local bus. In better-managed hospitals, patient lifts are separate to ensure quicker and safer movement. ° Food for patient 3 times same kola vorta, jaw vat, kola torkari. For attendance you have to buy food but one single item rice chicken vegetable. Can you eat same food every day? Overall, the experience felt poorly managed and far below the standards expected from a private hospital that charges premium prices. I truly regret giving BRB another chance after six years. This was my last time visiting BRB Hospital.

I think that after United Hospital, Square Hospital, and Evercare Hospital, BRB is providing the best service. Their doctors and staff are so nice, and the hospital is very clean. Thanks to the staff and the cleaners who make this hospital comfortable for patients. Keep it up, BRB Hospital.

⭐ 3.5 out of 5 I recently visited BRB Hospitals Limited and found the overall environment to be clean, organized, and professionally maintained. The hospital has modern facilities, and the medical staff appeared experienced and attentive throughout the visit. The atmosphere was calm, which helped create a reassuring experience for patients and their families. However, the overall process took longer than expected. Waiting times for registration, consultation, and other administrative procedures could be improved. Better coordination between departments would make the patient journey smoother and more efficient. Overall, my experience was satisfactory. BRB Hospitals Limited has a solid healthcare setup with good medical standards, but improving service efficiency and reducing waiting times would significantly enhance the overall patient experience.

I went there to see a newborn and found their environment is really cool. Separate room color for separate floors. They don't allow outside food for patient. They have a cafeteria which serves delicious snacks. And I found their staffs are also quick to clean everything.
