City Hospital & Diagnostic Center provides reliable medical services with a helpful staff and experienced doctors. The hospital environment is generally clean and organized, and diagnostic tests are available in one place which makes it convenient for patients. Waiting time can vary depending on the patient flow, but overall the service quality is satisfactory. A good option for basic treatment and diagnostic facilities in the area.

My wife had c-sec here under the supervision of Dr Munara Rafat Chowdhury Madam. Having mix experience here regarding the service and other things. 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐨𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫: Till now we have got chance to take appointment with 2 doctors. Dr. Munira Rafat Chowdhury (Gyn & Obs) & Dr. Abdullah Al Hasan (Chest Medicine). Regarding Dr. Munira, She is outstanding and very caring to patients. She is really skilled on normal and c-sec delivery. Some of her treatment style you'd love it like - She give enough time to her patients, she try for normal delivery with first priority, she carefully listen what is your Gyn related problems. In a word she is highly recommended and affordable doctor. She referred my wife to Dr. Abdullah Al Hasan for cold and cough issue during pregnancy. Dr. Hasan's treatment was also worked fine for my wife for getting cured fully. 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐍𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞 & 𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐲 𝐃𝐨𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫: Nurses and Duty doctors are very helpful. If you take admission for any emergency you'll get the Nurses/Sisters, Duty doctor available all the time when you need. Beside they are also very assistive and caring to patients. 𝐊𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐚 & 𝐀𝐲𝐚: Khala/Aya are also caring to patients and offer any cleaning service when you need. Sometime they expect some tips but they don't ask it by themselves. 𝐅𝐨𝐨𝐝: The hospital should work more on the food quality. The served food for patients can is very tasteless (even attendee also can't take it.) The served vegetable and gravy is very tasteless as well as those quantities are very little than given rice. Also they serve coarse rice(মোটা চাল) which is also tough to digest for patient. The authority should improve the food quality. 𝐂𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐧: The Cabin condition should be improved a lot. Its the first impression toward the patient by which s/he can gets cured mentally. The room needs renovation by painting the wall and deep clearing the floor. The doors also looks very old and the door frame having much dust on gaps. The toilets of every floor and cabins seems very unhygienic and lots of bad spots are there. The toilet of Ground Flood and 1st floor are even worst. Beside the commode of general and standard cabin is too old and highly spotty. 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Reception should be more helpful and more smarter. Dr. Munira madam confirmed a cabin booking of my patient a day before, but when we asked for admission with the cabin number; Receptionist was not much helpful on it and he asked to call doctor and assistant number, whereas its his duty to call the doctor/or her assistant on that time. 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐇𝐨𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲: a) Renovate the Hospital. b) Bring more professor as consultant. c) Ensure the food quality. d) Restrict the disturbance of Gateman/Guard/Aya for asking/show the interest of getting tips.

Mehedi Hasan Sajib

This hospital has many dedicated Doctors. They have 24/7 emergency services. Some of the nurses are not well behaved. But most of the stuffs are good. When I was suffering from dengue, I got treatment from this hospital. I did not face a single problem.

They have ICU facilities, 6 operation theaters with modern equipments and central gas supply, C arm facilities and other supporting facilities. They also have a full fledged diagonistic complex with sophisticated modern analyzers and imaging equipments. They believe not only modern machines but men behind the machines are also very important factors.so they have recruited highly qualified team of technicians, biochemists and other professionals having proper background and experience in respective field under the supervision of specialists. Emergency, Pharmacy, Ambulance service are available for round the clock. Outdoor, Cafeteria and Food services are also available.
