কখনো কম্পিউটার মেনিয়া থেকে কিছু না কিনার জন্য সবাইকে রিকমেন্ড করবো। তাদের আফটার সেল সার্ভিস এতো খারাপ বলার মতো না। আমি কম্পিউটার মেনিয়া থেকে ১ বছর আগে Acer preditor একটা লেপটপ কিনেছিলাম। ১ বছর যেতে না যেতেই ল্যাপটপ এ সমস্যা দেখা দেয়। সমস্যা হলো ল্যাপটপ ওপেন হচ্ছে না পাওয়ার বাটনে ক্লিক করলে শুধু কিবোর্ড এর লাইট জ্বলে উঠে আবার বন্ধ হয়ে যায়। কিন্তু ২-৩ দিন পর আবার নিজে নিজে ঠিক হয়ে যায়। তখন ঠিক ভাবে ২-১ দিন চলে আবার একই সমস্যা দেখা দেয়। তাদের কে ফোন দিলে তারা বলে নিয়ে আসতে তো যেহেতু আমি চট্টগ্রাম থেকে কিনেছি তাই চট্টগ্রাম নিয়ে গিয়েছি, সেখানে সেলসম্যান কিছুক্ষণ দেখে বলে এটা ঢাকা পাঠাতে হবে, তো ঢাকা পাঠলো তারা, ঢাকা থেকে এক সাপ্তাহ পর কল দিলে আমাকে জানানো এটা এখানে ঠিক হবে না Acer এর সার্ভিস সেন্টার এ পাঠাতে হবে। তো তারা নাকি Acer এর সার্ভিস সেন্টার এ পঠাইছে। এই যে পাঠালো তার পর থেকে তারা শুরু তারিখের উপর তারিখ দিয়ে যাচ্ছে ল্যাপটপ আসার আর খবর নাই। তারপর একদিন ফোন দিয়ে জানালো ল্যাপটপ এর নাকি ব্যাটারি তে সমস্যা তো আমি তার সাথে কিছুক্ষণ কথা কাটাকাটি করলাম কারন আমার মনে হচ্ছিল এটা ব্যাটারির সমস্যা না। তো তাকে পরে জিজ্ঞেস করলাম ব্যাটারি চেইঞ্জ করলে কি ঠিক হয়ে যাবে সে বললো হে ঠিক হয়ে যাবে। তো দাম কতো? ১৪৫০০ কিন্তু আমি অনলাইনের ঘাটাঘাটি করে দেখি ব্যাটারির দাম ৮-৯ হাজার তারপরেও ও আমি কনফার্ম করে দিলাম কারন তারা বললো Acer থেকে লাগালে দাম বেশি। ব্যাটারি কনফার্ম করার এক মাস পর তারা আমাকে ফোন দেয় বলে আপনার ল্যাপটপ ঠিক হয়ে গেছে টোটাল বিল এসেছে ৪১০০০ ডিসকাউন্ট দিয়ে ২৭০০০ টাকা। আমার তো মাথায় হাত, আমাকে বললেন ১৪৫০০ এখন ২৭০০০ হয় কেমনে তারা বলে মাদারবোর্ডে সমস্যা ছিলো কাজ করা লাগছে। আমি বললাম আপনারা তো মাদারবোর্ড এ সমস্যা সেটা আমাকে জানান নাই বলেছেন ব্যাটারি তে সমস্যা চেইন্জ করালে টিক হয়ে যাবে। তারা বলে যে এখন আপনি যদি বলেন কাজ করাবো নাহলে ল্যাপটপ এমনিতেই চলে আসবে। তখন আমি বললাম ঠিক আছে যেহেতু মাদারবোর্ড এ সমস্যা তাহলে বোর্ড এর কাজ করে নিয়ে আসেন ব্যাটারি চেইঞ্জ করা লাগবে না। ল্যাপটপ কখন আসবে জিজ্ঞেস করলে বলে ১ সপ্তাহের মধ্যে চলে আসবে। কিছু তারা গত পরশু ১৫ দিন পর ফোন দিয়ে বলে আপনার ল্যাপটপ চট্টগ্রাম পাঠানো হয়েছে নিয়ে আসেন।

Bought an A15 yesterday. They have a huge collection of laptops and accessories. I have to admit, their professionalism and behaviour were admirable.
