Stayed at Divine Eco Resort in January. The room was average and normal—nothing fancy, but comfortable enough. Breakfast was included and very tasty. One of the best things about this resort is its location; it’s very close to the beach, which is super convenient. The environment was calm and pleasant. Room rent was 4,500 BDT per night, and an additional 500 BDT was charged for one extra bed along with one extra breakfast. Overall, it was an okay stay considering the price and location.

Totally 3rd class resort. Rooms and toilets are dirty and I had to cancel my reservation with non refundable amount because of their room reservation. Lack of maintanance. Its way better to stay at the Sea Palace Hotel.

While I didn't stay at the resort, my experience in the restaurant was horrible. The live music was enjoyable, but the staff was incredibly rude and mannerless. First, they tried to overcharge me for a double-scoop ice cream ( 300 instead of 200 taka), which I had to firmly dispute. The worst part was when a staff member refused to let us use the front exit because we weren't resort guests, leading to an extremely hostile confrontation.

My stay at Divine Eco Resort was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The resort sits right beside the beach, offering stunning views and a calm, relaxing environment away from the crowd. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the staff’s hospitality was genuinely impressive — always polite, responsive, and attentive to every need. The peaceful atmosphere inside the resort makes it an ideal spot for families or anyone seeking a quiet retreat by the sea. Evenings at the resort were truly memorable. The live music and beautiful lighting during dinner created a warm, inviting ambiance. Their BBQ fish was fresh and flavorful, and the complimentary breakfast buffet offered a satisfying variety of dishes. Overall, Divine Eco Resort combines comfort, great food, and exceptional service with the serenity of beachfront living — an excellent choice for a relaxing stay in Cox’s Bazar.

The lady at the cafeteria/ restaurant section ( with hijab) was very impolite and mannerless. We had our lunch there after check-in . They served cold and stale rice. When we asked to change it, the lady said it was freshly cooked! She made a bill way more of what we ordered and got. When I went to tell about the mistake of the prices , she started talking nonsense and shouting like a mannerless person. Fortunately the manager came at that time and solved the matter quickly. We had two rooms. There was an uncomfortably bad smell in a room. After this horrible lunch scenario, we just asked to clean it politely. They gave us a room freshener only.
