It’s a decent mid-level hotel with a good location—about a 10 to 12-minute walk to the beach. The building is relatively new, and the rooms are good for the price point. However, the beds aren't very comfortable, and the bathroom and room fittings feel quite dated.

Grand Beach Resort in Cox’s Bazar is honestly a pretty great place to stay. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with enough space to feel relaxed. The staff are friendly and cooperative, which really makes the stay smoother. One thing I loved was how close it is to the beach—you can just walk over and enjoy the sea anytime without hassle. The overall environment of the resort feels calm and safe, perfect for families, couples, or even solo travelers. It’s not overly crowded, and the atmosphere is peaceful, which adds to the whole vacation vibe. The breakfast and service were also good enough to start the day nicely. Overall, it’s a solid and pleasant place to stay in Cox’s Bazar, and I’d happily recommend it.

Nice hotel if you are in a budget and want to be 5 minutes away from Sugondha Point. 24/7 Departmental stores & Bangla restaurants are close-by, so there is no hassle getting necessary items or staying hungry. The decors are old as the hotel is old. The balcony was great. They allow keeping luggages in their ground floor if you have to need to roam around before check-in and after check-out.

Everything is okay. But the service is very bad. If i say bad it's totally wrong, very disappointed with the service. Told them three times to clean the room, they said we're coming but they didn't. Oh remember they will come and give only aerosol nothing else. Overall without service the hotel is okay, Including service the hotel is worst.

Rooms are ok and location is good as it is close to beach but the road condition beside the hotel is very bad. However, service is very bad. They'll not clean your room and give any service at all. Even though we told them to clean the room thrice they said they'll come but didn't come at all.Their Behavior is not so satisfactory as well . Only service they'll give is spraying aerosol at night
