Holy Family Red Crescent Medical College Hospital is one of the very old hospital of Bangladesh. It has a very large compound. Nice place with natural beauty. Many big trees over there scattered in the whole campus, So plenty of natural green beauties. Hospital and Medical College is in separate buildings. Campus is neat and clean also well maintained. There are also a beautiful Mosque inside the campus. Public Toilet is well maintained neat and clean. Staffs are good and cooperative. Less doctors also not much patients there. Treatment also average now a days. But once upon a time it was one of the best hospital in the town. Treatment cost is in average not very high. Affordable to middleclass people. Communication is very good as it's very near to Moghbazar Mor.

They charge you like a premium private hospital, but the service is worse than a public one. You can never find a nurse when you actually need one, and the duty doctors rarely bother to check in on patients. Judging by the attitude of the nursing staff, it feels like you're receiving third-rate service at a government facility. You have to call for them two or three times before they finally show up to your room, and when they do, their behavior is extremely rude. There are plenty of other private hospitals in Dhaka that offer significantly better service for the exact same cost. Highly disappointed.

I had a bad experience here when I was struggling with my father.Last year June during Eid time my father got stroke and admitted in this hospital but no professors were available at that emergency situation and supervised under intern doctors for more than 24 hours. I didn't have any issues regarding cabin management,foods or other facilities.However, their ICU were just a scam like family members were not allowed to see what exactly happened there and most importantly as my father was a bed ridden diabetic patient he got bed sore quickly over there within just two days due to lack of proper care.They didn't change position time to time even I had enough doubt about patient meal, medicines in ICU. Therefore, I don't recommend this hospital at least for emergency patient.

Following the Covid-19 guidelines properly. one of the most popular and renowned hospitals in Dhaka. Great doctors. Huge space. Reasonable expenses. Good location.
