The prices online show around tk 3,000, but at the hotel they have no rooms at that price range! We paid 5,000 taka at the hotel. It’s very small and they didn’t provide room service when we called the phone. The hotel is very unclean, the lift area is unacceptable and it has a bad smell. The reception staff in the photo was very problematic when we confronted them about the price issue. The location is poor and the hotel is extremely overpriced, be careful and don’t be scammed by the rooftop photos. Stay away from this place.

I saw their special Ramadan offer which on Facebook post they said would be available throughout the Ramadan. But after reaching they said this this offer is cancelled and I had to pay 4500. This price is too high to be honest. I would get better hotels at this price in Dhaka, only reason I went there because of the offer. I didn't want to hassle in front of my so that's why I accepted whatever price they were telling me. After I came back home, their offer was still available and they made the offer more attractive from 2500 to 2400 xD. Anyway, they really beautiful rooftop restaurant.

The service was lackluster. Receptionist was not corporative at all! Wifi connection was bad, couldn't even load YouTube app. Food was basic yet expensive. Overall a bad experience.

My experience was so great, the staff was so helpful and I felt really welcomed by everyone. The breakfast was good too and I loved the rooftop terasse!

The staff are so courteous polite and efficient. Sahjib helps me get a rickshaw ride and some travel tips. Sahjib Helped me fix my bus ticket 👍 thank you. Rana always smile each time he attends to my concern and help me buy from a nearby store..Jamil gets me w anything I need in the room.. Sahjol was fun to talk to..everybody is nice..the security guards and housekeeping..the people at the front desk were all welcoming. And the waiters are great too. Breakfast buffet has a lot of options 👍..and the restaurant and the front desk lobby has nice interior. The room is good the bed is okay..the TV and ac is functioning and towels are clean..if there is one that needs to improve is some portions on the wall be repainted or wiped for a more cleaner appearance. This hotel has great customer service. I highly recommend 👍
