Hotel Management are Very poor There is Ac, But In 24 hours you can use overall 2-3 hours, management are Worst

Worstt experience everrrrr. The food was disgusting and bland. The hotel room was even worse. There were bedbugs and we couldn’t stop scratching ourselves. Even living in a bosti is better than living here. The washroom door doesn’t have a handle. They didn’t give us toothpaste or anything. Hated it

I stayed 4 days in the hotel and i can now guarantee this is the worst hotel in Cox Bazar.They tampere with everything they tune off the air-conditioning 5 to 7 times through out the day and when you ask them what happened they don't answer and the air-conditioning is fixed to a temperature of 26.The bed sheet are always dirty and the bathroom is full of bugs and they also turn off the bathroom water and when you call to complain about it to the reception they turn the water back on there is no room service at all the lift is turned off the whole day and sadly i had to climbe 5 floor i highly recommend you not the come to this hotel

The hotel was a disaster for me and my friends. They gave us a couple room by saying 3 can stay there. But there was only 1 bed which was insufficient for 2 . The staffs were very rude to us . They don't even have us complimentary water. The TV and the Air conditioner was not working too. At 12 am they told us to wait at the reception but no one helped us . I will not recommend this trush to anyone. If you want to enjoy your vacation please keep distance from this place 🙏🏼. Wish no one face such a problem like us .
