I stayed at this hotel while visiting Chittagong. The staff's behavior is amazing. The room quality is good for the price. The swimming pool is beautiful but not properly maintained. This hotel is one of the few hotels in Chittagong that has a swimming pool. The restaurant service is very good although the price is very high. We often visit Chittagong. I have stayed in many hotels before but the main reason behind this hotel being different is their reception desk. Very elegant, welcoming and professional. At the reception desk, I was introduced to a gentleman named Mr. Muntasir. Elegant behavior, beautiful speech style. He has explained how to make a guest comfortable through his behavior. After that, I have met him every time I have gone. Every time he has welcomed me with enough politeness. There were some problems in the washroom, they solved them immediately after informing me. This is probably what is called professionalism. I and my colleagues all stay here now. It is like a second home for us.

Price worthy. Nice breakfast. Staff are very hospitable. Clean rooms. However location is the highest traffic area in CTG.

Positives : - Room is okay in terms of price, Tk. 3,000 per day - Good complementary buffet breakfast. Negatives : - Food price of the restaurant is above the sky, literally (see photos) 😵💫 - 10% service charge on the food price which is insane 😡 - Dal price is Tk. 240 (3 person) - Swimming pool is too deep to swim if you’re not seasoned swimmer - Exhaust fan of bathroom does not work - Gym has minimal equipments. If you have enough money nowhere to spend, you're welcome to Orchid Hotel 😇

I've visited this hotel for the first time. Compare to others hotel it has very good room as well as environment. Hotel staff are quite good and decent. It has a very good restaurant for breakfast, Lunch and dinner. Additionally it has swimming pool, even though it was not accessable that time for repair and maintenance. Moreover, there was a gym center.

I recently stayed at a budget-friendly hotel that was perfect for a short business trip. It was a comfortable choice for my stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, offering everything I needed. The standout feature was the excellent service and well-mannered staff.
