Average experience overall. The hotel was decent, but the service quality did not fully meet expectations. Staff were friendly, though improvements in maintenance and customer service would enhance the guest experience.

I used to stay at this hotel for the last 10 years whenever I visited Cox's Bazar. But my recent experience was very bad. Staffs are very rude and they need to check their behaviour. Rooms are not clean enough and with minimum amenities.

Such a wonderful budget friendly rooms and also their service room management is very good not very far from the beach
