Took one relative for emergency case (life or death type of case). Doctor was unavailable due to prayer time!!! After waiting sometime, a doctor came. But the emergency dept. was not equipped with required basic tools for medical checkup. Had to leave and go to United Hospital.

I recently admitted my sister to this hospital for her delivery. While the medical care was decent, the overall service experience left a lot to be desired. The reception staff were not very responsive or professional. They often spoke with an indifferent and dismissive attitude, which was disappointing, especially during such a sensitive time. In the private room, there was an AC, but it was leaking water. Although it was eventually fixed after we complained, such issues should not arise in the first place. Also, there is no central AC system in the hospital, which makes the overall environment quite uncomfortable. The behavior of the hospital ayas (helpers) was also not satisfactory. They seemed uncooperative and often acted rudely. Another major issue was with the ambulance. It was out of service when we needed it urgently, which could have been a serious problem in a critical situation. Lastly, we were initially informed that payments could be made by card. But later, we were told only cash was accepted, which created unnecessary hassle during discharge. Most of the positive reviews online seem fake or exaggerated, which is quite misleading. Overall, the lack of professionalism and poor facility management really stood out. I hope the hospital authority takes these issues seriously and improves the non-medical services for future patients.

Very good medical college hospital, good service at low cost. And there is a good system of good treatment here. I hope it will continue in the future.

Poor experience there for blood tests. Nurses and doctors couldn't even find the vein for blood test, even when found, could not take it properly. Went so far as to try to draw blood from my knee instead of my hand. Slow service coupled with inefficient staff, the building is very old and rundown aswell. Average for price. I reccomend ICDDR,B for blood tests if possible.

It's the worst collage in the world, the behaviour of chairman and the service of their after getting into this collage is the worst ever, they are taking the same fee like other colleges which R best as compared to this collage and provide proper things like Ac in room or mess but this collage is not allowing to put Ac nor letting students to put Ac on their own & the humidity there is not tolerable. It's very hot in Bangladesh. They not treating students well and patient flow is 0% there , 10 to 20 patient in a month, not getting proper practice with patients So please do take admission here at all 🙏
