**My experience with SMMSun.com – Failed orders, refund issues, and poor support** I want to share my personal experience with **SMMSun.com** because I think other users should be aware before depositing a large amount of money. I added funds to my SMMSun account and placed an order. Unfortunately, the order was not completed. I contacted their support team and explained the issue, requesting a refund for my remaining balance because the service was not working properly. Instead of processing the refund, their support team told me that the service was working and asked me to try placing another order. I trusted their response and placed another order, but unfortunately, they failed to deliver that order as well. After that, I requested a refund again. However, instead of providing a clear solution, they delayed the process for several days. Later, they informed me that they do not have a refund policy. My main concern is not only the failed service, but also the way customer support handled the situation. If refunds are not available, customers should be informed clearly before adding funds. Keeping customers waiting and not providing a proper resolution creates a very frustrating experience. I am sharing this review based on my personal experience. Before adding a large balance to SMMSun, I recommend testing their services with a small amount first and making sure you understand their refund policy. Has anyone else faced similar issues with SMMSun regarding failed orders or refunds?
